I think Phoenix is going to be in the Pokémon tournament. [Slight grunt of do not approve.] Kay and Mr. Kuroba just got here a few days ago, but I think they'll eat a bunch of rotten eggs before they miss out on a festival, so I'm sure they'll be there.
