[Forward-dated to late Saturday morning, around 10:00 AM.]

[Good morning, Route! It's been a while since Edgeworth's last post to the network, and this time, too, it doesn't seem like he's the one making the actual post, because the kid's Pokémon seem to be more enthusiastic about the camera thing than he is.

Today, despite not having hands, Tadpole the Poliwag has figured out a way to use his trainer's Pokégear -- using his tail. Tadpole now is carrying the gear atop his head in what looks like a room in the Violet Pokémon Center. The camera keeps moving around and around at a dizzy pace because the creature is, well, pacing. Rather anxiously. On occasion, he would stop and cry up at his trainer, who is sitting on his bed, knees drawn up and a blanket tossed over his body.

Every once in a while, Edgeworth would cough or sneeze, then shiver and pull the blanket around himself tighter. Only a few people may realize why, but it seems the boy caught a... pretty bad cold while stalking Phoenix and Dahlia, but SHH THEY DON'T KNOW. Maybe.

The Poliwag continues to call out. ]

---I'm all right, Tadpole, just keep it down, all right?

[With a tired, dreary sigh, Edgeworth raises his head and looks down at the camera. He's a real mess, though he does have a tiny shine of accomplishment in his eyes.]

It seems that my jacket wasn't sufficient enough in keeping me warm for the whole time, but...at least no harm came to him, right, Miss Iris? [And he gives a tired but rather triumphant smile. Phoenix apparently got through his rendezvous with Dahlia physically unharmed!]

Oh Miles...How ill are you? I wish I could be with you so I could make sure you're doing alright. Is Apollo doing his job and taking care of you?

Yes, that is a relief...but please, do be more careful next time Miles. I hate to see you sick.

I'm all right. [And he says so while looking like he'll pass out any moment, but he's gotta wait for Pess.] Mr. Apollo's run off to do something, I think. I was fine until he left, then I got a bit feverish.

....Well, I haven't checked, but Tadpole didn't like me touching him because I was too warm. I've still got to make sure Pess gets back safely, so.

Pess is outside, probably, with Wright. I had to return here before him, so I left Pess on the Route so she can make sure nothing happened while I'm gone.

[Tadpole makes a ruckus at the knocking, and Edgeworth sluggishly gets up off the bed, quieting him, before opening the door.]

Mr. Apollo. [He steps aside, so Apollo can walk into the room.]

[He walks in, but he's mostly interested in seeing how Miles is feeling. He looks pretty sick.]

I brought tea and cold medicine. Have you gotten any sleep?

I dozed off a while ago, but I couldn't stay asleep. Tadpole turned the Gear on earlier, so I just told Miss Iris that Wright was safe.

[He takes the medicine with a smile. He doesn't blame you at all, Apollo, and he tries to show it.]

...and is giving Edgeworth's post a vaaaguely suspicious look -- no harm came to "him", and addressing this to Miss Iris? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put two and two together, Miles, but...after speaking with Iris herself, Phoenix is starting to put his own pieces of the puzzle together, and, really. The more important thing right now is that one of his best friends is sick as a dog.

So, after this colorful thought process works its way across his face, Phoenix's expression falls into a concerned frown.]

[Now that he knew Phoenix wasn't alone with Dahlia and was unhurt he's not too concerned about keeping it a secret that he was following Phoenix - as long as Apollo isn't found out in the process, of course.

But seeing Phoenix with Dahlia doesn't make him feel very comfortable with actually interacting with the man anymore. But he nods and grimaces.]

I could be better, but I don't think it's too bad. [ i.e. "My head hurts and it's cold yet hot and I feel like I want to curl up in my jacket and cry because I feel so sick. And you suck, Phoenix."]

Have you seen Pess, by any chance?

[Said Growlithe is trotting around Phoenix is a circle, concerned with both Phoenix and Edgeworth.]

[Hey, Phoenix didn't ask for them to tail him, alright? He still looks pretty concerned. And, well. Okay, he DIDN'T ask for them to follow him, but that doesn't help him not feel guilty about it.]

It's no fun to be sick. [He gets colds all the time, so.] And, er...Pess is with me. Looks like she wandered off by herself...it's a good thing we ran into each other.

[A pause.] Do you want me to bring her to you? I can pick up some medicine and stuff for you, too, if you want.

[With the absence of Pess, Sirius wanders over and snuggles up next to Miles, trying to keep the poor kid warm.]

[Edgeworth didn't ask Phoenix to pseudo-elope with Dahlia either, but he was relieved that the man is safe. He just doesn't want Phoenix to be angry at Apollo, because Apollo would be one of the only people who could warn Phoenix about, say, a certain Gavin.]

Mr. Apollo brought me some medicine earlier, but... [A pause. How do you ask people these things, again? It had seemed only natural a while ago, but now it seems so strange..] If it's no trouble, I'd appreciate that. [And Pess barks her affirmative. A walk with Phoenix!]
