I have seen two, who have escaped from imprisonment before. But one of them has disappeared from Johto, the last time I checked. [He's talking about both The Joker (who he didn't like after what happened to Lammy)... and, of course, our main man, Tarantulus.
Not like he knows that he's talking about the criminal who did this.
