miniworth[The feed opens to show a very hyper, very happy Growlithe grinning at the camera, and then she looks up and spins in a circle, trotting off-screen before the camera turns and shows Miles Edgeworth with a Poliwag jumping up and down next to him. Pess and Tadpole are back in action, guys! Littleworth, although he wasn't grinning like a retard or dogpiling with his Pokémon like some others, is almost radiating happiness and relief and--
-- what is that sad, lost smile on his face?
He's definitely trying to shrug off whatever's eating him, though, and he picks up Pess, showing her off to the camera.]
She and Tadpole are back to normal, everyone-- I hope your Pokémon are, too.
[There's a small pause as he gives the camera a contemplative frown, as if he's debating something, and then--]
Miss Hawthorne, you're probably still confused by everything, but things are back to 'normal' now, at least for now. Please be careful on your journey, though. [He's genuinely concerned about Dahlia, really, but he's not sure how to approach anyone in this world anymore.
Pess squirms around and jumps out of Edgeworth's hold, onto his lap. But the boy barely acknowledges her as he still stares at his Gear, a frown on his face.
A few, long seconds of silence later, he reaches over. And the feed cuts off.]

You're right, he didn't kill anyone. Nick's like, totally incapable of killing anyone, especially in those days.
That girl... She used Nick. She never cared about him, no matter how head over heals he was for her. [This is also 99% of Larry's own relationships.] She really screwed him up after that trial. I'm definitely sure he's not completely over her either.
[It wasn't until that case that he finally won over her. That's why Larry's worried about how it's going to gown in Johto.]

Thank you for telling me, Larry. I'll-- when Wright is comfortable talking about it, I'll ask him. I just wanted to know if Miss Hawthorne was someone I cold trust or not. And I guess I shouldn't, huh?
[There's a hint of anger behind his text, and boy, is he angry. Darn those criminals, darn those people who lied and hurt anyone in order to get away with impunity. His hate for them just keeps deepening.]
